For years, I dedicated myself to coaching my son’s baseball, soccer and football teams as a volunteer. It was my passion. I loved navigating my players through all the ups and downs associated with youth sports. The parallels between coaching and real estate are striking.
Consider the parallels: the stressors of youth sports – dealing with parents, referees, and fellow coaches – all while nurturing and guiding my young athletes. Success came to our teams through hard work and always keeping a positive attitude. The same principles apply to real estate.

Graduated in December 1989 from UNT in Denton Texas with my BBA and my minor in Real Estate.
To assist with my college expenses, I joined the Texas Army National Guard while in high school. Immediately after graduation, I was off to basic training at Fort Leonard Wood in Missouri.

Lieutenant in the US Army. Upon graduation from Officer Candidate School, I was presented with the McNeal Memorial Award for leadership development.
Combat Engineer
Trained as a Combat Engineer at Fort Belvoir Virginia and cross-trained as a Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Officer at Camp Mabry in Austin Texas.
Small Business Owner
20 years' experience operating my general contracting business focusing on commercial modular buildings and traveling the United States personally managing each project.
